The MoniSaTainen tulevaisuus project (2013-2014) designs and implements education on equality for children and the youth. The aim of education on equality is to prevent racism, increase equal opportunity and participation, and give concrete tools to tackle racism.
The educational methods used are based on research. Questionnaires and interviews of students and teachers have been used as the research material. The research has revealed information on racism in schools on a local level. It is also a way to make the voices of victims of racism heard.
A package of educational materials will be published in 2015 on this website. The package can be used in global education in schools and NGO’s.
